Right choice of location for ceremony – why is it so important?

When organize your wedding you pass through many steps, and one of them is where to organize your ceremony?

From the first look decision is pretty easy - just pick up some place with beautiful view and enjoy. But… There are many basic and secondary details you need to take into account.

The main factor is format of event. When you know which format would you prefer (for example, beach wedding ceremony with no dress code or fully classical event with black tie wear) so you can go on choosing proper place.
Another important factor is amount of guests you invite, so think whether locations from your list correspond to that amount. Also consider factors of comfortable transportation and parking, as some of locations in ancient towns are not available for big buses to enter and also narrow streets do not allow parking and long stop even for smaller transport. Check out properly whether your company will have any guests with special needs and keep in mind also this point.

Seasonal features are also very important when choosing location. For example, Bulgarian Summer being generally very warm and sunny have short period of storms and rains during the third or fourth week of August, so most seafront and open air locations are not the best choice at that time.
