PREDATOR - Feeling stressed? There is no better class than this one to get out all your frustration. Kick, punch, bob and weave your way to a higher fitness level. It's the ultimate cardio challenge blended with elements of kick-boxing and capoeira but so much fun when combined with music. You'll leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on anything. LATIN MIX - This class is hot, hot, hot! Burn calories while you shake up your workout through Latin-fused dance moves from the Samba, Salsa, Cha-cha, Merengue, Reggaeton. Learn to shake your bottom and make sinuous movements to the Latin music. It's a great way to get those sculpted hips, legs, and abdomen. DANZTEP - an intense aerobics class using the Step with the Latin dance moves and rhythms. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. This class is a higher intensity variation of a traditional step class, using more complex choreography. FIT COMBAT - Get a kick out of getting fit, and burn up to 400 calories per hour! Fit Combat is an intense aerobic exercise combined with boxing and traditional martial arts movements. Constant low-centered movements will strengthen & tone your muscles and a variety of kicks will develop killer legs and super body, while giving your heart a great cardio workout. RUMBA LATINA - An energetic, upbeat aerobics class, based on Rumba/Salsa/Samba dance steps and taught to pulsing Latin rhythms. Learn the HOTTEST dance steps around, choreographed to the latest Latin music available. It is a great cardio workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. The class is conducted by Latin American Instructors. TRX TABATA - This class incorporates revolutionary TRX suspension training with the HIIT Tabata workout, so be prepared to work every muscle in between blasts of cardio! This class promises to tone the muscles and melt fat whilst working on building core strength and balance. CARDIO CIRCUIT - Circuit training is a great boredom buster: Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. An all-strength circuit burns 30 percent more calories (about nine per minute!) than a typical weight workout and offers more cardio benefits. CARDIO WEEKEND - Get a weekend pump of feel good endorphins with this high intensity class, your heart rate will reach new levels! POLE-DANCE - This course is an ideal way to learn basics of pole exercise and dancing, no limit of previous fitness or dance training required. You will learn spins, turns, dance moves as well as choreographed dance routine. There will be maximum 1 student per pole so please secure your space in advance. ZUMBA - Chantal's Zumba fitness class is an hour party of fun simple and effective routine which you are guaranteed to have a blast, no need for dance experience, just bring your smile and come join the party! KIDS MARTIAL ARTS - Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Martial Arts especially at young age fosters self-discipline. Today’s kids are so accustomed to receiving instant gratification that lessons in self-restraint and discipline aren’t always easy to come by. Kids with a martial arts background, however, are continually reminded of how essential self-discipline is. Sport in general encourages physical activity, boosts your child’s socialization skills, but practising martial arts, increases their self-esteem and instils self-respect. The boost in confidence, increased fitness level and new cooperation skills will also help your child navigate the academic and social aspects of school, affect their behavior at home and have an all-around good influence on him as he develops into an adult. CALLISTHENICS - Often known as street workout, it is a form body-weight training. It is intended to increase body strength, body fitness and flexibility through movements such as pulling or pushing yourself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one's body weight for resistance. Calisthenics provides the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving balance, agility and coordination. ZUMBA JUNIORS – this class is ALL FUN! It combines various elements of Hip-Hop dance, Latin & Caribbean moves. Your kid will never get bored of our constantly new routines and at the same time they will gain extra confidence and fitness and learn to express themselves with the music. ZUMBA TEENS - created just for 13 to 17 years old with its infectious Latin rhythms and party atmosphere, Zumba is ideal activity for them, as it will teach them cool moves and keep them entertained.
