If you travel to Benin, this place is a must visit for sure. For those who don't know how it's called, I'm showing you the Venice of Africa.

It's located in Benin and it's the biggest floating village in Africa where everything happens on water.

Schools, hospitals, hotels, houses, Restaurants and almost everything is built on water.

The only mean of transportation that's used is a canoe or a boat.

I am actually talking to you about my own village where my father and my mum were born and grew up.

Oh my God !

You will love this place so much , trust me.

I have been asking you to come and explore Benin with me and you all thought it was just a simple song I was singing.

I am very serious when I ask you to let Benin be your best travel destination because of so many reasons.

Firstly, once you are here, you are safe. You are going to feel like you are at home.

Secondly you are going to be given so much love by these lovely and welcoming local people.

Finally I will just tell you that Benin has so many sites you can visit to learn about its culture and history.

If i take you here you are definitely going to love it so much.

The country in which I saw people applying clay on their body was "BALI" I think and I really wanted to try it.

Now it's available here in Benin. When I applied it I was feeling really good and I wish you could just reach out to me so that we can go back there.

Ganvie is a unique touristy floating village near Cotonou. Its populations, the Tofinu people (who are often called 'the water people of Benin'), have been living on there for centuries.
