TBT - Crispy Skin Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter 🍋🌿

Ingredients:

• 4 salmon fillets, skin-on

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 2 tablespoons oil

For the Lemon Herb Butter:

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

• Zest of 1 lemon

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and press them gently with a spatula to ensure even crisping. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy.

3️⃣ Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4️⃣ In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

5️⃣ Serve the crispy skin salmon hot, topped with a generous dollop of the lemon herb butter. The butter will melt over the salmon, infusing it with amazing flavor.

6️⃣ Garnish with extra lemon zest and fresh herbs for a pop of color and freshness.
