Located in Flamingo, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, the Guest House is just a five-minute walk to Playa Flamingo. The house features a private plunge pool; large, open living area; spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, luxury linens, and a soaking tub; bathroom with dual s

inks and travertine shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen. For your safety and convenience, the Guest House has a private garage and security system. Amenities include: lightweight cotton robes; beach chairs; beach towels; a backpack cooler; yoga mats; hair dryer; and an iron and ironing board. A car is recommended (4x4 vehicle will help with steep mountain roads). Flamingo and nearby Potrero feature many good restaurants and grocery stores, all within a 10-minute drive. The Guest House is located in a small mountainside neighborhood of three properties. While we have designed the home for privacy, it is in close proximity to other homes, and you may see or hear the neighbors on occasion. The living quarters of the Guest House are on the second floor to maximize the ocean views. Guests with mobility issues may have challenges with the stairs.
