🪅 Behind the scenes of the biggest show of the world 🪭

Before the highly anticipated parade of samba schools at the Sambódromo, samba schools rehearse their show in a family, neighborhood atmosphere. Once the theme is chosen, rehearsals are open to the public once a week and once a month, the famous feijoada is served to raise funds. The party is rhythmic and drunk and it’s as if we were already in the middle of carnival! You will feel the enthusiasm of the Cariocas for this event, the passion of the people of the community who are proud to show that it is in their favelas that samba was born and that even today, only popular neighborhoods have a samba school...

Visit of the quadra in the colors of the school, where the rehearsals take place (entrance included)

« Je me dresse audacieusement sous le ciel de Rio, une vision de modernité. Un géant de béton et de verre, éloigné ds traditions de la cité. Mon extérieur surprend, avec des formes qui défient les normes. Mais à l’intérieur je révèles une foi qui réchauffe et transforme.

Je suis né dans une ère nouvelle, un symbole de renouveau. Ma structure, unique en son genre, attire les regards de haut. Je peux accueillir des milliers sous mon dôme céleste. Un lieu de recueillement où le spirituel se manifeste. .

Des vitraux colorés filtrent la lumière, créant un spectacle divin, je suis un havre de paix, dans une ville au rythme sans fin. Je ne suis pas un vestiges du passé, mais une merveille contemporaine. Dans la Ville Merveilleuse qui suis-je, cet édifice si serein? »

« Au cœur de Rio, je suis un carrefour d’art et d’histoire, un bâtiment ancien, mais avec une âme qui respire la modernité. Jadis, un lieu de finance, aujourd’hui un puit de créativité. Je suis un mélange de passé et présent, une mosaïque de mémoire.

Mes salles ont accueilli des banquiers, maintenant des artistes et des rêveurs. Ici l’art s’expose, la musique résonne, et la culture s’épanouit. Avec des expositions, des films, et des spectacles, je suis un diffuseur de la connaissance, du divertissement, un espace où l’esprit s’enrichit.

De l’extérieur je peux sembler austère mais à l’inonde suis vie et lumière. Un lieu de rencontre pour les passionnés, les curieux et les chercheurs. Dans la métropole brésilienne je suis un havre de découverte. Qui suis-je, ce centre culturel, une fenêtre sur un monde ouvert? »

« Je suis une toile de mosaïque, vivante et vibrante, sous le ciel de Rio. Une escalier où chaque marche raconte une histoire colorée. Né de l’imagination d’un artiste, passionné et dévoué: j’ai transformé un chemin ordinaire en une célébration de la créativité.


Avec des tuiles du monde entier, j’ai bâti morceau par morceau. Chaque fragment est un hommage, chaque couleur un écho. Je relie deux quartiers dans une montée artistique. Um monument à l’amour, à l’art, et à la musique.

Je suis un lieu de rassemblement, un spectacle pour les yeux, où les touristes et les habitants se mélangent sous les cieux.
Dans une ville connue pour son carnaval et le samba.. qui suis-je, cet escalier, une œuvre d’art en plein air sans égale? »
