Copacabana Bela Vista

You are in the epicenter of the Leme/Copacabana neighborhood. Everything that happens in Rio happens outside our window: parades, marches, half marathons, cycling tours, you name it we see it. We saw the The FIFA Fan Fest, Rolling Stones concert, Pope Francis, Lenny Kravitz, and the annual New Year’s Eve fireworks from our window. levator (recently updated) which services only one apartment per floor and the rear service elevator (servicing 3 apartments) with entry throug the kitchen. The house features new sofas, art work, persian carpets in the living room, and antique furniture (including TV cabinet previously owned by the legendary Brazilian crooner/singer Roberto Carlos). There is an ultra comfortable hammock in the living room which is perfect for an afternoon nap. The twin beds in two bedrooms can be combined to be king sized beds and there is a full sized bed in the third bedroom. All beds have a 3 inch topper for added comfort. There is a 24 hour 7 day a week doorman for the building with video surveillance in all common areas. There are two 15MB internet routers in the allowing excellent access throughout the apartment and uninterrupted internet access to in case of outages. The apartment also includes an inkjet printer and a computer monitor in case you need to work or print out an important document.
