The Hideaway is one of six luxury residences located within the unique development of the Sunset Harbour Estate on Harbour Island. The community is situated on just over 2-acres, with its own deep water private dock. home features an upside down layout with the bright kitchen/living area upstairs and the guest bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is located off of the kitchen/

dining area. A wide outside covered deck offers glimpses of the sea, an ideal place for relaxing or entertaining. There is also an upstairs powder room and storage area. The upper floor can be accessed either by internal stairs from the front door or by wide external wooden stairs onto the sun deck. Downstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms which share a full bath and a TV room. There is an outside covered terrace and a tropical garden. The convenient garage houses two golf carts and additional storage. It is a secure property with a locking, sliding metal gate at each entrance.
