Another year older, another mile further! My 44 mile ultra run is scheduled for midnight on Superbowl Sunday! As always I am accepting donations for Sister Sister Breast Cancer Support Group over the next few weeks. You can make a pledge here and I will collect from you at your convenience. We are excited to announce the 1st annual 'Run for Pompey', Emancipation Weekend, August 1st-3rd, 2015 in beautiful Great Exuma, Bahamas. 5k, Half Marathon, Marathon, and the first Ultra Marathon (50k) in The Bahamas. Marathon Bahamas completed! Ran my second personal record of the of the year and had a 'relatively' pain-free experience. That was my training run for my next challenge: Running 43 miles during the Bahamas Ride For Hope on Feb 8-15. As I have for the past 2 years, I am giving up my birthday and gifts and ask that you donate instead to charity. Cancer is a disease that has touched us all and I hope that you are able to make any contribution you can. Please see below for more info on donations...
