How awesome while on our way to pickup our regular guests Mark and Kim , another set of our regulars sent me a photo of us passing the cruise ships ( we miss you Dave Matthews). I’ve been up since 1am I guess a combination of excitement to see Mark and crew, some rigs that needed to be made up and the fact that we were so close to hitting the #100 wahoo of the season ( winter months ) well we did it landing 3wahoo today puts us at #101 no monsters but some good eating ! Thank you Chris for bringing your wonderful family out with us on this beautiful day 🏝️it was slow this morning, over 2 hrs in before we landed a wahoo. Then some bottom fish in and after giving 3 options as to what to do next we opted to troll it down to the beach landing 2 more wahoo with the biggest 40-45lb . We had a spectacular lunch which included our fresh catch and some avocado 🥑 which was given to me 😜 then we snorkeled to finish it up ! I can honestly relive this day over and over again thank you 🙏🏻
A great big thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes 🙏🏻 I spent my day fishing with friends. Dr. Dedrick Bowe flew in just to fish with me on my birthday! Talk about feeling special . It was a bit slow for the first 1 1/2 hrs but we ended up with 4 wahoo, 2 barracuda and about 50 bottom fish - wahoo count now at #93 . It’s truly overwhelming the amount of messages I’ve received and I do apologize if I haven’t replied yet . I’m so grateful 🙏🏻 thank you all
A day in the life 🏝️ riding solo today, it was just to nice of a day to pass up. 5- wahoo =#87 wahoo for the season. Seasoning up that mutton snapper that Jessica caught early this morning for dinner . We do not own the rights to this music 🎶
Second trip for the week included wahoo #82 , a mutton snapper, barracuda, amberjack,a shark and some nice trigger ! #billyocean We gonna miss yawl 🎣🏝️🎶🎣🏝️❤️
We live ! We fish ! Weighing in at 52lbs #81 is our biggest wahoo of the season! Epic 4 hr afternoon trip ! Rather than troll first we ran 18 miles did some bottom fishing (50 fish caught ) giving tide a chance to change as the word was it was quiet this morning ( I’m always collecting data ) we kept em busy !!!
