The Role:

A fantastic opportunity is now available at Bespoken Bahamas for experienced and enthusiastic applicants for the roles of Tour Guides.
As a Tour Guide you are central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety while on our tours. Tour Guides are an integral part of the our daily operations from transfers to Guided tours; ranging from historical tours, guided walks, boat and beach tours, and more.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Highly developed Guest Service Skills
• Strong Interest in the Tourism industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work a part of a tight knit team and independently
• Previous experience with Tour Guiding or within the tourism industry is a must
• Demonstrated competency in knowledge of The Bahamas/ Nassau attractions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fluent English and excellent communication
• Outgoing personality and customer service skills
• High School Diploma
• Must have BGCSE or GCE in English & Mathematics
• 3 or more years experience in Tours guiding
• 3 or more years in Customer Service industry

Social Media Content Creator

DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a social first and mobile first view of content? Are you an endlessly creative social storyteller who excels at building creative visual content on your own? In today’s fast-moving social media landscape -- this is a perfect opportunity to help Bespoken Bahamas tell its story to the world.

Bespoken Bahamas is seeking a high-judgment, self-motivated, and creative professional to help drive social media activities in support of our corporate communications goals. The right candidate will be a passionate and creative self-starter who's eager to engage on new projects and get stuff done. They'll be excited about working with people across a wide array of PR teams to create content about important announcements, events, and to amplify our corporate and consumer PR efforts.

Core Job Responsibilities:
· Create visual content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, with excellent judgement, instincts and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.
· Source, create, and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key activities and PR efforts.
· Use social media to drive awareness of and traffic to key stories and websites.
· Be responsive to breaking news/events which provide Bespoken Bahamas an opportunity to tell our story.
· Shoot, edit, and create graphics for social video content.
· Reporting on activities, including insights which help shape and drive content moving forward.
· Earn trust internally and externally with many different audiences and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent English and excellent communication
• Outgoing personality and customer service skills
• High School Diploma
• Must have BGCSE or GCE in English & Mathematics
• 3+ years of social media/content creation experience
• Video filming/editing and graphic design experience
• Executive social media skills
• Reporting and measurement
