Ingredients:2 cups coconut water (4 green coconuts or 16oz canned/bottled juice)1 cup gin (or white rum, if preferred)1 cup sweetened condensed milk¼ tsp nutmeg¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:If using fresh coconuts, carefully poke a large hole in each shell with a hammer and screwdriver to retrieve water. Drain the water through a sieve to get rid of broken shell residue and pulp. Add the coconut water to a 1-2 liter pitcher along with gin and condensed milk. You may add more of gin and/or condensed milk to fit your preference. Add nutmeg and cinnamon, then mix well. Set pitcher in the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours. Serve over ice.

An update on our tours. We sincerely hope that our past and future guests are taking good care as we hope to see you soon in sunny Old Nassau!
Our leadership team will be continuing to work from home throughout this interruption period and may still be contacted by telephone or email during working hours.
It has always been our goal to serve our guests and community at the highest level. To make everyone feel welcome, safe and comfortable as we share with you time honored Bahamian recipes, cultural traditions and introduce you to some of Nassau’s generational establishments and small businesses. As the viral outbreak has threatened our ability to provide the best possible experience for all, we feel it is responsible to suspend our tours for just a few weeks.
We remain encouraged as Bahamians who have weathered storms of significant magnitude together before. If we all do our part, we can overcome this period of uncertainty swiftly and return to our routines and daily tours with renewed commitment and perspective.
Cheers to your good health and the wellness of your families! We sincerely hope your future travel plans bring you to our shores and when you do, know that you have friends in us. We would be delighted to show you our Bahamian hospitality and host you on a food tour in the very near future!
