"This is it" boasts true Bahamian charm and comfort in every room. With 3500 sq feet of living space, it sleeps 10 people in it’s 5 spacious bedrooms, all with their own unique decor.
The open plan kitchen is kitted out with all the essential appliances plus many extras and there’s a washer and dryer, tv, satellite/cable and wifi.
Beach furniture, towels and kayaks are provided for fun in the sun by day and an outside grill for those evening bbqs on the large elevated porch.

For those unfamiliar with Spanish Wells, it is the name of a small town located on St George’s Cay off the northern tip of Eleuthera Island in The Bahamas. It is less than a mile long and linked to it’s sister cay, Russell island, by a bridge. Historically, it was the last stop for Spanish ships returning to Europe where they stopped to refill their water supply from the local wells. Hence the name!
Today it’s economy is driven by fishing and tourism. Boat excursions of the local area, scuba and snorkeling are popular recreational pursuits, as are deep sea fishing charters. It boasts beautiful powder beaches and a wonderful laid back island vibe!
Golf carts as a means of transport are readily available, there’s a fully stocked food store, liquor stores and several great places to eat and drink.
Getting to the island from Nassau can be done by ferry or by plane flying into North Eleuthera airport, which also serves several daily international flights.
