A Sea Wildlife Safari - in search of Sea Turtle, Conch, Sting Ray, Eagle Ray, Shark, Star Fish and Dolphin. Nature leads the day and she doesn’t disappoint. This extraordinary area is slated to be a Marine Park soon and will remain protected for future generations.
Deep Sea Fishing -Ocean Trolling for Sport Fish: Wahoo, Yellow Fin Tuna, Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, King Mackerel, African Pompano, Bonita, Amber Jack and more.
Reef Fishing - at 20-50 foot deep. It’s a great fishing trip in search of Lean Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Turbot, Grunts, Strawberry Grouper, Mutton Snapper, Barracuda, African Pompano and an occasional Small Shark to keep the excitement high! Sharks play a vital role in the Marine Eco System and are protected in the Bahamas so if they bite the hook they will be released unharmed. We recommend Reef Fishing early in your stay so you can have fresh fish while on Long Island.
Iguana Tour - A smooth boat flight across to Exuma’s Sandy Cay, home of the Sandy Cay Rock Iguanas. These awesome reptiles are one of a kind. The cay provides everything necessary for an increasing iguana population to thrive. They are adorable and will do their best to charm you into giving them a morsel but we can’t feed them as this will endanger their ability to provide for themselves. So mutual admiration, pics and enjoying the iguanas playfulness make this trip a great experience!
Discovery Land Tours - A great day discovering the Historical, Cultural, Art, Secluded Beaches and the Agricultural personality of Long Island! We offer a custom day based on what you may have read or want to know more about or see more of! The day is created by what you would most like to see and do. If you’re not certain, then let us know your interests and we will offer a great day to match. If you can easily find it on your own..., well, we skip over those and go straight to the areas that are unique and hard to find. It’s a great way to discover Long Island.
Camping on a Secluded Cay - A secluded cay just off the coast of Long Island provides a great opportunity to enjoy the solitude of solo camping. Definitely stepping outside of “the box” you will enjoy nature first hand from both the cay and the sea as it surrounds your quiet evening. Star gazing is amazing! We provide all equipment. Just bring your groceries and adventurous spirit!
Sea Glass & Seashell Hunt - Just what is says! We take you to beaches you would never find! It’s a great day with a bounty of nature to take home as your Long Island souvenir!
Snorkeling - Snorkel the big blue! Experience marine life at arm’s reach and take home pictures to remember. We serve both novice or experienced snorkelers. Many great spots to go based on your experience and what you would most enjoy. We have been known to get our guests lobster or conch during a snorkel trip when they are in season. We recommend doing this experience early in your trip so you can enjoy these marine delicacies. Don’t have snorkel equipment? We’ve got you covered.
Adventure Cookout - Enjoy a hot meal cooked over an open fire. We offer the Adventure Cookout on all of our tours! Message for menus. We cook, you explore, swim or find shells until it’s ready. Enjoy a hot meal with peace and quiet as well as a beautiful view.
Bird Watching - So much wilderness to explore and many inland ponds to observe. We often run across wild hogs and goats while searching for the shy West Indian Whistling Duck. Some of the species commonly sighted are the West Indian Flamingo, Great Egret, Mangrove Cuckoo, Greater Yellow Legs, the Blue Winged Teal, the Black-necked Stilt, and many more.

About Us: Captain Charles Knowles and Captain Teresa Knowles are licensed by the Port Authority of the Bahamas. We are also your guides, first aid team and cooks, loving every minute of what we do! We are strong conservationist and partners with the World Cetacean Alliance. We adhere to and promote global guidelines for encounters with whales and dolphins to protect them in their natural environment. We support an end to captive marine mammals. (Think.... small space...small and large captive mammals... they deserve freedom.) Once you see them in the wild you too will believe they belong free.
Our tours are sustainable with no single use plastic. We strive to be green and are mindful of the fragile nature of the ocean and earth. We promote a healthier ocean by making small changes that we show along the way. We respect all of nature and marine wildlife. We do not discriminate against anyone but enjoy meeting everyone and having a wonderful time. We promote Long Island, her people and culture.
We offer custom experiences only for your group! We do not combine groups for our tours. Your vacation is your’s to enjoy nature and adventure just the way you prefer. Our adventures are “out of the box!” You may find yourself enjoying something you haven’t done in a long time or maybe never having done before but you will create wonderful, lasting memories and Long Island will stay with you for many years to come!
