As we gather to honor His Majesty’s coronation anniversary , it’s a time of reverence and gratitude , a chance to reflect on the boundless contributions His Majesty has made to secure a brighter future for Bhutan. His Majesty has been a guiding light for the nation , steadfast in his commitment to uphold the values of compassion , justice, and unity that define our Bhutanese identity.

Through his wisdom and vision, Bhutan has progressed in ways that have preserved our traditions while embracing modernization. His Majesty’s deep connection with his people is a rare and cherished bond, one that instills hope and resilience in our heart. His initiative in education, healthcare , environmental protection, and economic growth are shaping a future where every Bhutanese has opportunity to flourish.

As a guide , I solemnly take an oath to serve my nation , Bhutan , with utmost dedication , respect , and integrity. I pledge to uphold the values of our beloved kingdom and to embody the spirit of TSA-WA-SUM- the King, Country , and People - in all that I do.

I vow to share the beauty, heritage , and wisdom of Bhutan with sincerity , to protect our scared environment , and to honor the traditions that make our land unique. I will treat each guest with kindness, respect , and a genuine desire to offer them an authentic experience of our culture.

In the service of my King and Country, I commit to this path with a heart full of pride , gratitude , and loyalty. May I carry out my duties with humility and be worthy of representing the spirit of Bhutan to the World.

Chele la pass is high mountain pass at elevation of (3988m) sea level , in Bhutan connecting Paro valley to the Haa Valley. It provides stunning scenery and is common site for prayer flags. The colourful flags often hung at high mountain passes to bless the surrounding, promoting harmony, peace, and good fortune in Vajrayana Buddhism. Mt. Jomolhari(7326m), also known as Chomolhari with the poetic expression used to describe the beauty and grace for certain peaks although it is not widely recognised it is sometimes known as ‘Bride of kangchenjunga or ‘Bride of Himalayas’ while Chele la offers a spectacular views of Mt. Jomolhari and its surrounding mountains.

Phobjikha valley is indeed a haven of natural beauty. Surrounded by rolling hills and dense forests via wangdue- Trongsa highway, the valley offers a breathtaking panorama. The open expanse, dotted with traditional Bhutanese farm houses, provides a serene backdrop for the Gangtey Monastery, perched on a ridge overlooking the valley. During winter, the valley becomes the winter habitat for the endangered black-necked crane, adding to its charm. The combination of the sweeping landscapes, cultural richness, and the graceful presence of these cranes makes the view from Phobjikha truly awe- inspiring.

The country’s commitment to environmental conservation is evident in its lush forests and diverse wildlife. Bhutan’s vibrant festivals, such as tsechu, showcase its rich cultural tapestry, while iconic Tigernest perched on the a cliff is a symbol of spiritual significance.
