The scared and spiritual Gomphu Kora is a place believed to help you cleanse your sin. And we believe it happens if you believe. Belief is powerful and one must believe it to happen.

One activity to cleanse your sin is to lift the heavy piece of rock and carry around the stupa, or if you want to cleanse more - around the big rock. Some say you can even hear some interesting noise from the rock as you carry.

It has got some amazing relics, including an Egg of a Garuda. The overall experience is truly special. But please have an open mind and warm heart to feel the connection.

Gomphu Kora is about an hour drive from Trashigang towards Trashiyangtse.

The beautiful valley of Bumthang is truly the spiritual capital of Bhutan with amazing landscape and monuments, making it a perfect place for spiritual journey.

Bumthang District is one of the 20 Districts of Bhutan. And probably it is the most historic districts with highest number of ancient temples and sacred sites. Bumthang consists of the four mountain valleys of Ura, Chumey, Tang and Choekhor, although occasionally the entire district is referred to as Bumthang Valley.

The lake in the photo sits on the shoulders of the highest point of the amazing and grueling Snowman Trek called Gophula Pass. The Snowman Trek is believed to be the toughest in the world. Those who successfully completed the trek consider them privileged.

The fantastic Snowman Race was held in October last year with top international and Bhutanese runners taking part and some of the athletes withdrawing even being seasoned runnners.
