VISITING BHUTAN : WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW?
■ Booking a tour
All tours in Bhutan are conducted by registered Bhutanese tour operators.
1. Find a suitable tour operator for you.

2. Agree on a tour package of your tour operator.
3. Wire tour payments and email travel documents.
4. Tour operator will process your visa air ticket hotel tour guide and make your arrangements.
NOTE- Book your tour through tour operators registered with the Tourism Council of Bhutan or through their partner travel agents abroad.
■ All inclusive tour package
Tours operators will arrange all-inclusive tour packages for tourists visiting Bhutan. Cost for these packages are a still per the Minimum Daily Package Rate fixed by the Royal Government of Bhutan.
■ The minimum daily package rate for the tourist travelling in a group of 3 person or more is as follows:
USD 200 per person per night for the month of January,February, June,July, August and December.
USD 250 per person per night for the months of March, April, may, September, October and November.
* Additional surcharges apply for one and two persons.
USD 40 for one person and USD 30 each for two persons.
■ The Minimum Daily Package Rate covers following services
¤ A minimum of 3 star accommodation*
¤ All meals
¤ A licensed Bhutanese tour guide
¤ Camping equipment and haulage for trekking tours
¤ All transfer
¤ Private Vehicle
¤ An experience driver
¤ Bhutan visa
¤ Sustainable tourism levy (Royalty)**
* Additional services and luxury accommodation may require additional charges
** The sustainable tourism levy of US $65 per tourist per night contribute towards free education, free healthcare, and other social development.
