In Botswana, Top Class Travel & Tours (Pty) Ltd, trading as BCD Travel Botswana was registered in 2013 and operates from Plot 163/164 Unit 1 Gaborone International Commerce Park, which is a wholly owned branch in Gaborone. In September 2014, Top Class Travel & Tours (Pty) Ltd entered into a representation agreement with BCD Holdings to be an exclusive BCD Travel representative in Botswana. In Botswana, we have an unrivaled client retention rate of 98%. Our clients appreciate us going beyond the extra mile, while offering exceptional staff backed up by superb technology. We would be the first to highlight that travel takes a huge chunk in every organisation’s budget, and unfortunately a lot of companies do not use thier budget effectivley, and end up wasting money with in effective procurement procedures. What differentiates us as BCD Travel is our approach to managing each clients travel, we encourage implimentation of travel policies that encourage accountability, leading to savings. BCD Travel achieves this by embracing that change Management, welcoming the opportunity to involve all key stakeholders in the implementation process, ensuring complete transparency and a solid communications structure to keep all parties updated, informed and empowered.
