LADY, YOU NEED TO TRAVEL

Do you have a passport?

I don't just mean a physical passport, but also a mental passport.

Travel physically. Stop staying in one physical place; the same routine over and over again: work-home-supermarket-home. This will close you up.

Explore the world you live in as a woman. Tour your county, your country, your continent, your world. Get a passport. Renew your passport. Save for tickets.

Women tend to be more confined than men because they see themselves as homemakers who must be tethered to the house; some even have no social life.

Plan your get-aways. Save money for travel. Visit a friend. Go for road trips. Go alone, go with friends, go with your man/husband, go with your children; just go.

Go to the more developed places. See how much other people have achieved, see the lands people have bought, see the homes people have built, learn cultures, learn history, find new inspiration, see more in life than your usual experiences, be challenged, find best practices, be inspired by paintings, art, architecture, music, culture; there is more to life than what you're used to. Maybe you're stressed up about your current problems because you think that's all there is in life.

Go to the less developed places. See how blessed you are to have the things you take for granted, see poverty first hand but also learn how happy some people are with little yet you with more complain alot, see families living in small houses but they are full of love, make new friends, find a cause to support to lift others up, bless the life of a stranger with your smile; open your eyes.

Lady stop wasting your time at the bar with men, drinking and smoking sh**ha or wasting hours with your girlfriends talking about nothing. Travel instead. Go upcountry, go to cities. It will open your mind and make you a better person.

Travel intellectually too. Be a reader. Don't just be a pretty face with a sexy body. Be a woman with beauty and brains.

Buy books. Read novels. Study the contents in other people's minds. Do more online than posting selfies, news about celebrities and lame jokes; there is so much information on the internet, consume the right content to be a woman of substance.

An intelligent woman is an attractive woman. Be more than knowledgeable, be wise. Push your mind to the max. With a deep mind you will be more valuable.

Go to school if you can. Get that Degree, that Masters, that PhD; but don't let education make you proud, let it humble you and make you more loving and understanding; ready to serve others.

A woman who loves to gossip, loves to be petty, loves to complain; simply has little exposure, she has little to offer from her mind.

Expose yourself. Leave the confines of your comfort zone. Take walks. Whether it is for free, at little cost or at a huge expense; there is something to learn out there if only you cared to discover.

Lady, are you growing intellectually?
