A week ago we returned from 6 wonderful nights of mobile safari with Chase Africa Safaris - Botswana
I started planning this 3.5 months before we actually went on the trip .
We are a family of 6 who travels a lot and also visited Tanzania in 2019, so I was looking for something different and special .
I had a fantasy a long time ago about Botswana, and with 6 of us the price per night in a lodge was just too crazy …
So I looked for an alternative and I found Angie & Chris (from Chase Africa Safaris - Botswana).
Angie helped plan it to the last detail, and the experience exceeded all my expectations of it .
It is amazing to see what level of details and perfections these guys reach , from the personal touch of the staff (lead by Francis, Ayda) and of course the most wonderful and knowledgeable guide Chris.
If you are looking for a way to experience how nature was when things were not commercialized and crowded , look no more , it’s the perfect experience .
We did 2 nights in Moremi , then 2 nights in Khwai and then finally 2 night in Savuti .
All were different and wonderful , we saw 5 leopards and tracked one for an hour in Khwai (what a wonderful experience) .
We saw so many things – lions , Cheetahs , heard of 100-150 elephants coming to a water hole while we were alone there eating lunch (truly un forgettable).
Chris is an amazing and passionate guide , amazing to see how he knows his way around and always looks to find interesting things .
The kids fell in love with Chris and the staff and we could not have dreamed of a better experience.
The idea of disconnecting from the world for 7 days seems extreme in today’s world (especially for the young generation , we have 4 kids aged 11,16,19,21) , but they also concluded by saying it was one of the most amazing and unique things they ever did .
Memories of laughing , talking and sitting as a family in a gameviewer and over a dinner & fire place were unforgettable moments.
Combined with the most amazing nature around creates an utterly unique experience .

We will be back one day – it’s a promise"
