The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) is pleased to announce that the travel health insurance required from all visitors upon entry to Belize with effect from Feb. 15, 2022, is now available for purchase online at https://www.belizetravelinsurance.com.

The Belize Travel Insurance is mandatory and will help protect travelers against incurred medical and non-medical expenses, if they test positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Belize.

We are happy to inform you that The Government of Belize has announced that the Philip Goldson International Airport (PGIA) will reopen for commercial flights on Thursday October 1, 2020.

American Airlines will be resuming service from Miami, Florida to Belize and United Airlines from Houston, Texas and vice versa
on October 1st, 2020.

Subsequently, Avianca, Delta Air Airlines, and Copa Airlines also will be resuming their services.

As we obtain more information from the Airlines, and the Government of Belize; we will be sharing the information.

Soon all of us will be able to enjoy this view over our beautiful country whether traveling to or from Belize. 😀
