Reassuringly cheaper than hotels and offering more than a basic hotel’s amenities, Basra Studio Apartments offer the local travelling business community an affordable and safe alternative. The weekly fee includes electricity, hot water, and internet. Studios are set up with clean sheets and linen for the weekly rentals. ________________________________________________________________ Select units at Basra Studio Apartments will be available for residential use. The tenant will be required to a sign a lease and will be charged monthly or a weekly fee. The length of the lease is flexible. To discuss your individual situation, email us at [email protected]. For nightly rental we are open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Keys can be pick up at any time during working hours. At the moment of check out there is a box where keys can be drop.
