Our prices are as follows.

All rooms have a small refridge, microwave, fans, furnished with bed, mattress, closet, side table, small dining table and chair and sofa.

Common areas;

Large dining area with a fully functioning kitchen and dining table.

Two living rooms, one with a TV with cable and another one is just a seating area .

Nightly rate $45 a night for double and single occupancy. Comes with towels, sheets, cleaning of room every two days.

Long term lease;

Rooms remain the same, the only amenities that will not be included are cleaning of rooms and sheets and towels will not be provided.

For single ( one person) occupancy $500 monthly.

For Double (two people) $600 monthly.

Payments can be made daily, weekly or monthly.

The weekly fee includes electricity, hot water, and internet. Studios are set up with clean sheets and linen for the weekly rentals. ________________________________________________________________ Select units at Basra Studio Apartments will be available for residential use.
