Dad, oh dad.....I wish I could talk with you one more time to tell you what a marvelous weekend I had with your grandsons. If you were alive, you would be here visiting me home, sitting on that sofa listening attentively to what I had to say. With a smile in your face you would listen to my travel stories. I never forget the day you told me that you are proud of me. We were sitting at mama Fel's table enjoying a meal you had prepared. I was telling you my dreams and accomplishments, all of a sudden, you told me something I had never heard before, " I am proud of you. " and kept eating. I wish I would have told you how proud I was of you. How I admire the way you treated my mom, how proud of you I was for the way you treated your grandchildren, how proud of you I was for supporting the love of your life unconditionally. Thank you dad for showing me what love is. Thank you for planting in my life the true meaning of human evolution. I feel you close to me every day. I love you forever dad.
