Welcome back everyone.

The Library would like to remind everyone that the University continues to subscribe to EbscoHost databases as we embrace technology to support teaching and learning. Kindly note though, that the company has requested that the username and password be changed. Please contact any UB Library for the new username and password.

Also, feel free to contact your UB Library staff to conduct a training session on how to use the database. We encourage Lecturers to request a training for their students, but students can also visit the library for a personal training session.

The University of Belize Library hosting its Annual Reading Program "READ TO SUCCEED". Parents of children from Infant 2 to Standard 1 can enroll their child. Registration fee: $20.00, Registration Deadline: July 3rd, 2019. Program runs from July 15th to 26th.

What is the Cornelius Cacho Scholarship?

The Cornelius Cacho Scholarship provides support for full-time students enrolled in the final two years of their undergraduate studies.

These scholarships are awarded to students based on financial need and academic excellence.

About the Scholarship

The scholarship is tenable for two academic years excluding the Summer Semester. The scholarship covers tuition and may include a housing allowance on a case by case basis in the following programs: Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Information Technology, Marine Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Lab Technology, Natural Resource Management and Pharmacy.
