1) Tour Concierge/ Reservations Personnel:

Requirements and Responsibilities:

-Punctual & Flexible to work holidays & weekends
-Friendly and good communication skills
● Fantastic writer; you will be communicating with prospective guest over email
● You must be able to sell Hopkins as a destination and our tours
● Ensure guest satisfaction
-Team player
-Two recent letters of recommendation

2) Maintenance Personnel

Requirements and Responsibilities:

-Punctual & Flexible to work holidays and weekends
-Must be a good team player
-Must be proactive and have excellent time management skills
-Good writing and reading skills
-Two recent job letters
-Responsibilities include cleaning of tour equipments ,vans , golf carts
-Delivering and picking up golf carts for rentals
