His first single, the sentimental ballad “Family Man”, hit the top 15 on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart in 2011. “Outta My Head” also cracked the top 15, while the catchy tune “Fish” garnered more than 10 million on demand streams. His 2014 breakout hit “Keep Them Kisses Comin’” was on its way up the charts which landed the single well inside the Top 10. Another door opened for Campbell in the form of Red Bow Records, a division of the Broken Bow umbrella. “Tomorrow Tonight” made it into the top 40, followed by perhaps his most poignant and well known work to date, “Outskirts of Heaven.”

After years of being a front man in rock bands, JB ultimately wanted to become a country artist as that was always in his heart since he was a young boy. He finally got the chance in 2017 when he released his first single “Love Don’t Live Here” and never looked back.
JB has over 80 million streams worldwide with songs such as “Church Pew”, “Tonight”, and “Oceans”.
JB served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps and was ultimately medically retired from injuries sustained in combat operations in Iraq.

Tyree Woods is an award winning singer songwriter as well as founder and frontman of the Steamboat Springs based soulgrass band Buffalo Commons. Born and raised in Muskegon Heights MI, he transplanted to Colorado by way of the US Army in 2006. As a highly decorated combat soldier Tyree is a veteran of both love and war with 8 years of service including 2 combat tours.
Upon being injured during his last tour in 2012 Tyree was medically retired, and moved to the Yampa Valley, where he reconnected with his life long passion of music, specifically songwriting.

Paul Overstreet is a two time Grammy Award winning, country music singer-songwriter. Not only writing hits for himself, Paul has also penned #1 songs for: Randy Travis, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Keith Whitley, Allison Krauss, Tanya Tucker, Ronnie Milsap, and George Jones.
He received the TRMA award in October of 2020 for "Song of the Year" for the title cut. His new single, "Wine, Sunshine, and An Ocean" was just released this fall and will be followed with his 2nd "Beach" CD. As a songwriter, Overstreet has written and co-written 27 top ten songs, his first being George Jones' Same Ole Me.

Tim is a singer, songwriter, and member of the country group Due West. He is also a member of The Nashville Tribute Band.
Gates formed Due West with Matt Lopez and Brad Hull in 2004 and
came close to signing a contract with RCA Records Nashville, self-released its first single, “I Get That All the Time,” and created a music video that premiered on Great American Country (GAC). “I Get That All the Time” was the highest-ranking single from a self-released act on the Music Row Country Break Out chart in 2009. The video made it to the #3 spot on the GAC Top 20 Countdown. The group’s second single, “When the Smoke Clears,” was released as a music video in 2011. Both of the singles made it into the top 20 of Great American Country.

Trent Tomlinson has written songs for Brett Young, Aaron Lewis, Parmalee, Gretchen Wilson, Chris Young, Love and Theft, William Michael Morgan and C**t Ford plus the Certified Gold single: "Damn Strait" by Scotty McCreery. Trent was signed to Lyric Street Records in 2005, with his debut album Country Is My Rock, released in early 2006. This album produced three Top 40 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts: "Drunker Than Me" at No. 19, "One Wing in the Fire" at No. 11, and "Just Might Have Her Radio On" at No. 21.

This gorgeous house is situated in the quiet beach village of Hopkins, on the south side close to the resorts and marina. We love that there are 4 almost identical master-suites, making it idea for a group of friends or large family. The beach location is perfect! Wake up and drink your coffee on the veranda overlooking the beach and the pool, and enjoy the stunning sunrise.

The house comes with a private chef, two full time caretakers and daily house keeping!
