Southwest announces NEW Baltimore to Belize service and is increasing Houston and Denver service.

Starting March 9th, 2024 Southwest Airlines will be commencing new nonstop service from Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI) to Belize (BZE). Service from BWI will make it easier for more cities in the Southwest network (especially in the Northeastern USA) to get to Belize. Service will be Saturdays only to start and the schedule is as follows:

Baltimore / Washington (BWI) < > Belize International (BZE)
Departs BWI: 8:30am
Arrives BZE: 11:00am
Departs BZE: 12:00pm
Arrives BWI: 5:50pm
Days: Saturday only starting March 9, 2024
Eqp: 737

Also on March 9th, Southwest will be adding additional Saturday service from Houston Hobby, making Houston service 8 times weekly. Denver will also be increased from once weekly to twice weekly (Saturday and Sunday). All new flights are already available for booking on southwest.com

Baltimore will be the 12th city in the USA with nonstop service to Belize.
