HAPPY 10th OF SEPTEMBER BELIZE!

Every year on September 10th Belize celebrates St. Georges Caye Day, a historic day when a crew of British Settlers, buccaneers & slaves defeated the Spaniards from occupying Belize.

It took place from September 3rd - 10th 1978 off the coast of Belize, after defeat the Spaniard never tried gaining control over Belize. On the 100th anniversary the Government of Belize declared September 10th as a national holiday.

The Easter vacations have come to an end and many of us are back to our daily lives & jobs, and while we continue to follow safety guidelines and social distance protocols many Belizeans near and far enjoyed their Easter break with their families.

We all thank and appreciate the efforts of the Ministry of Health and Wellness with their ongoing COVID19 vaccine campaign countrywide with only 51 active cases country.
