🚨 Official NEMO Advisory is up!! 📲 Hurricane Beryl is a Cat5 hurricane and is expected to affect our area by THURSDAY. Keep following the NEMO Belize Rural South page for official updates and advisories. 🏡🏝️

NEMO advises the general public to:

1. Ensure your family emergency plan is updated and that your emergency food, water and medical supplies stocks are sufficient. Include the elderly and people with disabilities in your planning.

2. Make early preparations to leave high risks areas; voluntarily relocate to a safe location before the system makes landfall if you live in a low-lying area or vulnerable coastal community. Know which shelter you will go to. If you are not certain, please contact the NEMO District Coordinator in your area.

3. Be prepared to secure your home, and your important documents. Secure loose objects and flammable material.

4. Municipalities and the public are advised to start clearing drains to reduce flooding.
Residents are advised to continue monitoring this system very closely and to follow official information coming from NEMO and the Met Service. Countrywide, all NEMO district emergency operations center will be activated on July 2nd.

NEMO’s emergency hotline is 936. Stay alert, be prepared. Stay tuned for the National Met Service weather bulletins and the NEMO advisories.

We take home management very seriously! 🏠🔐🗂 So during this COVID lockdown, all of our properties have been taken care of, inside and out. As the recent storm approached Belize, our team made sure all homes were secure and safe, before and after storm.

All home owners receive updated emails with information of their property. There is always open communication with the our company manager.
