The Palm House is located 2 miles south of San Pedro and readily accessible by taxi or golf cart (available for rental in San Pedro). The main house consists of three bedrooms with king size beds, three bathrooms, as well as a sleeper sofa that is a queen size bed. There is an attached guest house which also has a king size bed and a full kitchen with combination living room dining area. The guest
house was renovated to the same quality as the main house and is ideal for someone requiring more privacy (such as Grandparents or Nanny). ft. home has been completely renovated to include stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The main house and guest house have flat screen TV and DVD players along with docking stations. The house has a private fresh water pool. The property is beautifully landscaped with 120 feet of private beach. In addition to the pool there are bicycles and kayaks available for guests to use. The Palm House will comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests. The beach provides a residence for 9 species of Palm trees as well as a green lawn. The Palm House is suitable for all occasions including weddings (arrangements can be provided), family retreats, social gatherings and designed to be child friendly for our grandchildren. We provide maid service every other day. You can arrange with the housekeeper to prepare meals for you. She will buy the groceries, cook and clean the kitchen afterwards. Arrangements can be made for scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing and fishing with pick up at the nearest pier and of course trips to the mainland to visit the Mayan Ruins, zip lining or cave tubing are possible.
