The cooler weather didn't slow us from finding Bow River treasures.
I had the pleasure of guiding and his daughter. She didn't think she was going to catch anything, she kept at it and finally landed her first fish EVER on the fly rod. Great job, Lennox.
If you have spent even 1 day in Kananaskis Country, you should send a letter to the UCP government asking them to stop the clear cutting near the Highwood River.
End clearcut logging in Kananaskis Country, protect the Highwood river.

Hey Alberta. The provincial UPC leadership race is underway as we speak. Why are these candidates not talking about the coal development issue? It's the one decision that will have permanent implications for our mountains and water. The people who think they want to lead our province should tell us their position on new coal development I Alberta - and we should vote accordingly. 80% of Alberta's have already said NO to more coal. The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) is left scrambling to access funds needed to keep the Indigenous tourism industry from collapsing after the federal budget announcement on April 19, 2021. We have relied heavily on ITAC to represent the interests and priorities of our business and the entire tourism industry. ITAC's COVIT-19 Stimulus Development Fund provided much-needed financial relief to help my business stay afloat during uncertain times.
I urge the federal government to listen to ITAC's concerns and disappointment regarding the extremely low amount of funds allocated directly to the Indigenous tourism industry in the federal budget. This will have a direct impact on my business and so many Indigenous tourism businesses across the country.
The only way the Indigenous tourism industry will thrive is with direct investment, Indigenous-led solutions and leadership from ITAC.
