Join us for our Conscious Connected Breathing class this Thursday 🧘

This gentle session is a ceremonial practice of conscious connected breathing. A way-shower of our divine intelligence, and an awakened intention to our true potential beyond our mind.

This is an invitation to open up to a tender surrender and a subtle activation. This practice is without controlling, pausing or counting our breaths. This cyclical breath pattern is a direct access in receiving divine nourishment of source energy and the organized electrical communication between heart, mind and spirit.

A commitment to curiosity and allowing our brainwave patterns to slow down. Opening up to clearing subconscious information of the past and present which is stored in our mind /body. Obtaining higher states of consciousness, mental clarity, and coherence.... returning to our true nature.
