Monarch butterflies are an endangered species. Their sole host is Milkweed and therefore it is essential for their survival.
Look closely on the leaves of the milkweed you may see some Monarch Butterfly caterpillars!

If you see Milkweed in our gardens, it's not because we don't like weeding, it's because we love butterflies.

A few new additions to HH this year. The Muskoka chairs are courtesy of our twins grade 10 Tech class. Does anyone else have one (or two) of these at home? Don't look too closely at the workmanship.
