After 20 years selling real estate Tim had many customers that either wanted to rent out the new cottage Tim had just sold them or were inquiring about cottage rentals in the area. is heading into it's 14th rental season with over 70 beautiful cottages. Our company is very selective in the cottages we rent out. All our cottages must have a clean appearance both inside and out. They must all have direct access to good waterfront. Our cottages have either a 3 piece or 4 piece bathroom and a full kitchen. Every cottage is in reasonable condition for our renters and at CottageRentals "if we won't stay there, we won't rent it out"
Bancroft, Ontario is a four season playground. We offer some of the world's best snowmobile/ATV trails, and beautiful fresh water lakes, many of which are spring fed. In 2002 Bancroft finished construction of our new hospital. The town offers many crown parks and walking trails. This does not include the cleaning crews that we have to keep the cottages we manage clean. We will go out of our way to make your vacation a memorable one.
