After 20 years selling real estate Tim had many customers that either wanted to rent out the new cottage Tim had just sold them or were inquiring about cottage rentals in the area. is heading into it's 14th rental season with over 70 beautiful cottages. Our company is very selective in the cottages we rent out. All our cottages must have a clean appearance both inside and out. They must all have direct access to good waterfront. Our cottages have either a 3 piece or 4 piece bathroom and a full kitchen. Every cottage is in reasonable condition for our renters and at CottageRentals "if we won't stay there, we won't rent it out"

Bancroft, Ontario is a four season playground. We offer some of the world's best snowmobile/ATV trails, and beautiful fresh water lakes, many of which are spring fed. In 2002 Bancroft finished construction of our new hospital. The town offers many crown parks and walking trails. Algonquin Provincial Park is in our backyard. www.CottageRentals247.com Inc. is a locally owned company with 2 full time workers and one part time helper. This does not include the cleaning crews that we have to keep the cottages we manage clean. We will go out of our way to make your vacation a memorable one. Unlike some companies that may get back to you within a few days or a week in some cases, not us. We answer the calls direct Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 10am to 3pm and we have 2 phone lines to better serve you. Jeffrey Lake is a smaller limestone-based lake with deep crystal clear waters, making it one of the clearest lakes in our area. This cottage will fill all of your family vacation wish list. Set higher above the lake, this two-story chalet style cottage with open concept living area has various sleeping options including a separate bunkie just steps away. Both of the deck levels offer great views and the mature hardwood trees offer shade and give the property a good level of privacy you are looking for.
Enter the back door into the cozy kitchen which is well-equipped for family meals. There is a dining table for indoor meals, or you may want to eat out at the patio table on the upper deck. The livingroom area has a fireplace, which is nice to cozy up near on a cool fall evening. There is unlimited wifi here for your enjoyment! For a rainy day or family movie night, the TV is mounted above the fireplace, with Satellite, VCR and a DVD player. Stairs lead up from the livingroom to the sleeping loft where you will find a Double bed and a Single bed. The owners have provided a portable privacy screen, to use in this area. Back down on the main level, and just off the back entrance, is the 3-pc bathroom with shower. For your comfort, there is also air conditioning throughout the cottage.
