The last frontier before heading off to Laos was a great one. White temple, 10 Dutch people and a 300km long motorobike tour was the best way to spend my last days here in Thailand. Bittersweet because I loved Thailand so much however I know Laos will be just as amazing in its own special way. Enjoy!

Took a night and stayed in Doi Suthep National Park where I watched the sunset and got back to what I love, nature. Breathing fresh air and seeing wildlife made for my best night yet. Chiang Mai, you will be missed,

The infamous Lantern Festival was more than spectacular in both a visual and spiritual way. The stars took a different form and the temples were reaching for the skies as thousands of poeple released lanterns, all for their own reasons.

While I am in Koh Samui, famous for its white sandy beaches and beautiful views, I instead post these photos. These people are the heart of Koh Samui, I had the pleasure of interacting and even playing a game of Connect-4 with one of these wonderful people. You go for the beaces but stay for the people.

Past couple days in Ao Nang have been remarkable. With sunsets on a boat to the erupting mountains from the sea you can have it all here at Ao Nang. We went deep solo rock climbing, snorkeling and tanning on 4 islands around Ao Nang. Slumber Party Hostel are amazing hosts and have fantastic deals on day tours just like this one.

1,237 Steps to the top of Tiger Cave Temple. The 360 degree view of surrounding ocean and tall tree covered mountains made for the most amazing view I've had on my travels.

Not my photo but I had to post, we met some amazing people (including some canadians) we will be travelling with Karlotta and Elisa in the south for the next week or so, off to Phi Phi islands next! It's the people you meet that make the trip

Our day at the Chatuchak Market started off with a bus ride from out hostel to the more central Bangkok. While traffic was hectic, it got even worse when traffic was stopped by police as the King of Thailand, Bhumibol Adulyadej passed through the city. The market itself was very special as the smells from street vendors, heckling calls from ambitious shop owners and the unbearable heat all made for an unforgettable experience.
