Transactions are more than just money.

👉 See them as energetic exchanges where people invest in your passion and belief in what you offer - yes this may come in a monetary form, invitation to become mindful of how you may limit yourself by solely focussing on money as these exchanges can come in many other abundant, meaningful, fruitful and supportive forms!

👉 Detaching from viewing money as the only valuable exchange and focusing on the relationships and trust you build can open even more doors of possibility.

Not everyone is your customer, and that’s okay!

Take time to observe and understand who is drawn to your booth and why. Knowing your ideal customer helps you tailor your approach and message. People invest in you when they feel your passion and alignment with what you offer.

In business, it’s important to remember that you don’t need to cater to everyone. Your energy, your offerings, and your mission will naturally align with the people who resonate with you.

When you embrace this, you allow yourself to create and serve from a place of authenticity, and the aligned clients will find you and truly value your offering!

When you try to please everyone, you dilute your message, and risk missing out on the connections that will propel you forward.
Trust that the people meant to work with you will show up when you stay true to who you are and what you believe in.

Part 10/18: Empower Your Booth Staff for Success

👉Your booth staff is the frontline of your event presence.
Ensure they are well-trained and prepared to handle the unique challenges of working a show. Acquaint them with the skills they need to make the show really pay off.

A reasonable staff schedule is equally crucial—working a booth can be grueling, so regular scheduled breaks are necessary.

Every 3-4 hours is the ideal length of time to spend at a booth before a break is needed to keep your team energized and at their best.

👉For Solo Vendors and Occasional Helpers:

If you work your booth alone or with occasional help from friends and family, planning is key!

Make sure to schedule short breaks where you can step away to refresh, even if it’s just for a few minutes.

Prepare snacks and water to keep your energy up.

Have a trusted friend or fellow vendor nearby to watch your booth if you need to step away briefly.

Clear signage options can also help manage customer expectations when you’re momentarily unavailable.
