List of amenities for guests:
One king size bedroom with tv and ceiling fan
Two queen size bedrooms with ceiling fans
All new memory foam beds with mattress covers. (So comfy and cool at night)
2 full bathrooms, One 3 piece bath with shower, one 3 piece bath with tub and shower (potty seat for little ones)
Linens & pillows, extra blankets
Bathroom towels & some extra beach towels/beach bag
Hand soap/dish soap (if you bring any, please nothing antibacterial as it’s not septic friendly)
High speed Internet/Wifi
Satellite tv & Netflix
Xbox & games
Wireless phone charging station
Microwave
Toaster
Coffeemaker/kettle (some coffee/filters/tea provided)
Stocked kitchen! Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mugs, wine glasses (plastic kid dishes for little ones)
Some spices and cooking basics
Washer & dryer/cleaning supplies if needed
Propane BBQ with utensils & large picnic table
Fire table/firewood provided (only for calm wind nights)
Bug zapper
Lots of ceiling fans, screen doors and a portable fan to keep the breeze going on a hot day. (Also a furnace if it gets too cool)
A couple beach chairs/picnic basket/cooler bag for a trip to the beach
Two adult bicycles to enjoy the trails
One kayak with life jacket
Some kid friendly outdoor games, washer toss, kid horseshoes, lawn bowling, frisbees etc.
Board games, puzzles, books & dvds
Folding card table and chairs (extra seating or game time)
Dog bowls, leash and 20’ tie out (for small dog)
