A remarkable aspect of food is its ability to evoke emotions and memories. This weekend, we are introducing a few menu items that resonate with us and sharing the stories behind them.We are excited to highlight our renowned club sandwich and introduce the creator behind it.

Despite numerous attempts, others have struggled to replicate it perfectly, but have not been able to succeed. I have a special secret to share with you – this sandwich was crafted with a lot of love. Behind our most popular sandwich lies a fascinating story.

It was originated by Marina Strickland, one of our former cooks who significantly contributed to the success of our café. Marina's homely cooking style and bread recipe elevate this sandwich to a mouth-watering delight. She has graciously passed on her famous recipes to two exceptional bakers to carry on her legacy. Marina, your influence will undoubtedly live on at the Quintal Cafe.
