✅ Entertainment options include a TV for streaming, DVD player, DVDs, and a selection of games and puzzles.
✅ Stay connected with limited Wifi (30 GB) while relishing in the beauty of nature.
✅ A fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary creations.
✅ Stay cool with air conditioning in the Muskoka room and ceiling fans throughout.
✅ Accommodations include 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, and 2 single beds) and a renovated washroom.
✅ Sleeps 6 comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids).
✅ Gather around the BBQ and outdoor fire pit for memorable evenings.
✅ We provide propane and firewood for your convenience.

To ensure safety, the minimum check-in age for booking/rental agreement is 25 years old. Adult life jackets are provided, but please bring children's life jackets for your little ones.
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars, and we kindly ask guests to bring their own linens, including sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, with check-out at 10:00 AM.
Please be aware that the lake does not have a public boat launch or marina, and no boats can be launched from the property. We also maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the cottage and ask that guests refrain from hosting large gatherings out of respect for our neighbors.
