I have to say we feel really grateful to have the people around us that we do. I learn something everyday, from music, to art techniques, to print making, to lessons on life.
Lastnight we had the pleasure of having some Original members of the Subtonic Monks come and do an organic jam at the studio. Great for creating, and it takes me to a place of ease in writing. meditative, togetherness driven, do what you feel in the music, share..........Creation at its finest!!! Its great to do what you love in life.
Thank You to Peter Jarvis, Jeff Burke and Briggette, Plus Shannon Moynagh for coming out to witness, and take photos!!!!!

Art Battle is back at Brampton's 52nd Street on Wednesday, March 2nd! Presented with the support of Brampton's Night And Day Studios.

WHAT IS ART BATTLE?
Art Battle is live competitive painting. Painters create the best work they can in 20 minutes. As they work, patrons move around the easels, closely watching the creative process. The medium is acrylic paint and the tools allowed are brushes, palette knives or any non-mechanical implements. At the end of the round, the audience votes democratically for their favourite painting and bids in silent auction to take the work home.
