November 1st 2024 … exactly 12 years ago today on Thursday November 1st 2012 — I was standing in a photo studio having a photo shoot for First For Women Magazine and getting my hair and makeup done while I had hundreds upon hundreds of photos taken of me in 2 outfits. I ended up being on the cover with Dr. Oz and had a feature story within the magazine … and a furry of requests for Motivational talks & interviews. It was the pinnacle of a weight loss that had consumed me for 2 years!!!

They CHANGED the colour of my Hot Pink dress to RED in the editing department and there’s a wee bit of embellishment of facts in the story itself — but all in all it’s all part of the glamour & glitz.

I’m so proud of this achievement and the lives I’ve touched and the journey it began … leading to me writing my book and talking all over Ontario to thousands of people.

As I’m HERE 12 years later … and Moving Towards BETTER … I say hello to this gal again!!!

Stay tuned … we’re ready to hit the road again, soon!!!

BIG NIGHT TONIGHT!!’

If you’re looking for something to do tonight, join us in Burford for the All Saints Harvest LINE Dance Party!!! — taking place at Blessed Sacrament Hall, 181 King Street.

This Burford Community Events — runs from 7pm - 10pm, and will feature Line Dance Lessons, DJ for open music on the dance floor, and snacks & beverages for purchase.

Admission is only $5/person. Children 13 and under are free. Bring the whole family to learn some cool dance moves and then cut loose to Rock and Roll, Pop and Country.
