Perfect lake for waterplay, great fishing right off the dock, nearby nature trails for walks and the boat launch is only 5min up the road. Property has plenty of room for kids to play outside and also has 2 firepits for relaxing nights around a campfire. In the winter you can enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing or cross country skiing. For snowmobilers, the B104 trail is 5min up the road (or across the
lake - whichever way you prefer to go!) Ski resorts are less than an hour away. Great 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage for families - 2 queen beds, bunk bed, plus pullout couch has another queen size bed if needed. The bunk beds have a max weight of 250lbs. The bottom bunk is a full size (double) and the top bunk is a twin (single). The top bunk is suitable only for a smaller child as there is low headroom as you climb in. Cottage is approx 850 sqft and is suitable for a mix of adults and kids. Outside you have lots of areas to relax with your family & friends. There is a deck with a patio table & chairs. As you move closer to the water, there is a firepit with muskoka chairs, you can sit on top of the boathouse in the shade or down by the water on a patio set, where you'll find another firepit. There is also lots of space at the front of the cottage for a fun game of badminton, chasing a frisbee or tossing a football. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles, but please note there is about a 60ft walk from the parking to the front door.
