Our philosophy is that there isn't one program or method approach to sleep training. We don't choose one over another. Choosing the method is only one small step in creating your sleep plan and customizing proper sleep hygiene for y

our baby, child, and family. Our goal is to work with you and set up a Sleep Plan that you are comfortable with to help your baby or child become a GREAT sleeper. We are proud of supporting families for over 8 years. We have seen and heard the relief and wellness in our client’s voices and homes. Good Night Consultants are committed to helping all families with their baby and child sleep needs with a focus on family and paediatric sleep support and education. We take the trust you place in us with your family very seriously. We go above and beyond supporting our families and will treat your family as if you were our own. Good Night Sleep Site’s mission is to educate, guide, and support parents and children to become a healthier, well-rested family unit. We pride ourselves in our research, ongoing training, and experience of sleep biology and proper sleep hygiene. We want families to walk away from our service better rested and educated in why we took the steps we did to offer better sleep for their baby or child. You will become your own child’s sleep expert. Every child is different. Every family is different. Each step and each sleep plan needs to be a customized reflection of that.

Alberta Government has funded a demonstration project through the University of Calgary's Faculty of Nursing to evaluate the supports that new parents need to transition from pregnancy through early parenthood. An important component of this project is sustainable mentorships and healthcare supports and includes a Baby Box for each of the families participating in the research project.
