#加拿大政府宣布放寬對完全接種疫苗旅客的邊境措施

加拿大政府日前宣布，從 2021 年 9 月 7 日起，在國內疫情控制得宜的情況下，政府打算對進入加拿大14天前完成疫苗接種並符合特定入境要求的旅客開放邊境。除少部分的例外情況外，所有旅客仍必須使用 ArriveCAN（應用程序或網站）提交他們的旅行資訊。如果他們能夠獲准進入加拿大並符合特定標準，則完全接種疫苗的旅客在抵達加拿大時無需隔離。但是，所有旅客，無論疫苗接種情況如何，仍需要在入境前提供 COVID-19 檢測結果。由於疫情隨時可能有不同的發展，邊境措施仍可能發生變化。有關更多邊境措施變更，請造訪官網 https://bit.ly/3kESo71 以獲取更多訊息。

Government of Canada announces easing of border measures for fully vaccinated travellers

On July 19, 2021, the Government of Canada announced that from September 7, 2021, provided the domestic epidemiologic situation remains favourable, the Government intends to open Canada’s borders to any fully vaccinated travellers who have completed the full course of vaccination with a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine at least 14 days prior to entering Canada and who meet specific entry requirements. Subject to limited exceptions, all travellers must still use ArriveCAN (app or web portal) to submit their travel information. If they are eligible to enter Canada and meet specific criteria, fully vaccinated travellers will not have to quarantine upon arrival in Canada. However, all travellers, regardless of vaccination status, will still require a pre-entry COVID-19 molecular test result. Le gouvernement du Canada annonce un assouplissement des mesures frontalières pour les voyageurs entièrement vaccinés

Le 19 juillet 2021, le gouvernement du Canada a annoncé qu'à partir du 7 septembre 2021, si la situation épidémiologique au pays reste favorable, le gouvernement a l’intention d’ouvrir les frontières du Canada à tous les voyageurs entièrement vaccinés qui ont reçu la série complète des doses d’un vaccin accepté par le gouvernement du Canada au moins 14 jours avant leur arrivée au pays et qui satisfont aux conditions d’entrée particulières. Sous réserve d'exceptions limitées, tous les voyageurs doivent soumettre des renseignements sur leur voyage au moyen de l'application ou du portail Web ArriveCAN. S'ils peuvent entrer au Canada et qu'ils répondent à des critères précis, les voyageurs entièrement vaccinés n'auront pas à faire de quarantaine à leur arrivée au Canada. Tous les voyageurs, quel que soit leur statut vaccinal, devront tout de même présenter les résultats d'un test moléculaire de détection de la COVID-19 effectué avant leur départ pour le Canada. 從疫情蔓延以來，已經休息快一年半了，感謝大家的支持，最近雖然加拿大🇨🇦的疫情有趨緩的跡象，邊境管制也慢慢放鬆了，但是考慮到再三，還是沒辦法恢復正常營運，加上一些私人的因素，只能跟想入住的朋友說聲抱歉了，至於什麼時候才能接待客人呢？真的也不好說，希望這個世界能趕快恢復正常，大家身體健康！

Due to concerns with crowding at Deer Lake Park, the City has closed the parking lots at Royal Oak Avenue, Sperling Avenue (beach access & boat launch), Burnaby Art Gallery, Shadbolt Centre for the Arts and Burnaby Village Museum effective immediately.

The park remains open, but we encourage people to avoid visiting during peak hours. We urge all visitors to ensure they are practicing physical distancing.
