What is important, in my opinion, is that when completing the case (or even while filling in the inputs) both Representatives and the clients have access to the IPR (Input Proof Report) which tracked data entry progress. It means that if you ever have a dispute with your client ("he said - she said" / "you forgot to mention that I served in the army" sort of thing :-)) you have a complete data entry log (a chronological history of data entries) which you can use for CCIC Audit trail (very important for our Compliance and Regulation!) , error tracking (if one of your case managers made a mistake), and historical reference for data changes over time.

We are closely monitoring the information coming from the Canadian immigration authorities in relation to Canada’s response to the war crisis in Israel.

For Israelis who are already in Canada who feel unsafe returning home: very soon IRCC will put in place special measures allowing for a fee-exempt study or open work permits, as was announced today by Honorable Minister Mark Miller.

Here’s the most recent information for Canadians who stay in Israel:
The Government of Canada is deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of those impacted by the crisis in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza.IRCC is actively working with Canada’s missions on starting assisted departures of Canadians, permanent residents and their eligible family members from Tel Aviv to Athens with the support of Canadian Armed Forces aircraft, then onward to Canada with the support of Air Canada flights. Canadian officials are also working on additional options for those who cannot reach the airport in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Министерство иммиграции, беженцев и гражданства Канады (IRCC) объявило об открытии приема прошений на спонсорство родителей, бабушек и дедушек на 2023 год. IRCC примет 15 000 заявлений на спонсорство в рамках программы спонсорства родителей в этом году.С 10 октября IRCC начнет отправку приглашений к подаче заявлений. Будут разосланы 24,200 приглашений заинтересованным потенциальным спонсорам с целью получения до 15 000 полных заявок (из-за различных факторов около 9,200 заявок могут быть отсеяны).Мы также хотим подчеркнуть, что Министерство будет рассматривать те же номера, которые были поданы в базу данных в 2020 году.Это дает надежду на получение приглашения тем, кто подавался три года назад, но не получил его. На слушании, которое состоялось 19 июня 2023 года, нашей клиентке из России было предоставлено политическое убежище в Канаде. Учитывая обилие доказательств угрозы жизни, или, по меньшей мере, ареста и пыток в случае ее вынужденного возвращения в тоталитарный режим, Канадская Комиссия по делам беженцев приняла решение провести короткое слушание в упрощенном формате. Нам попался очень профессиональный судья по делам беженцев (IRB Member), наша клиентка проявила образцовые навыки ответов на все поставленные вопросы, включая сложные и скрытые проверки достоверности контекста и поведенческих аспектов. Судья был хорошо подготовлен и осведомлен о ситуации в России, включая самые последние сведения о нарушении прав человека. Мы гордимся нашей клиенткой и переходим к процессу получения вида на жительство в Канаде и миграции ее семьи из России.

During the hearing that took place on June 19, 2023, our client from Russia was granted political asylum in Canada. Considering the abundance of evidence regarding threats to her life, or, at the very least, arrest, and torture in the event of her forced return to the totalitarian regime, the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board decided to conduct a short-hearing process applicable to less complex cases. We encountered a highly professional IRB Member who judged her case, and our client demonstrated exemplary skills in answering all the questions, including complex assessments of contextual authenticity and behavioral aspects. The judge was well-prepared and informed about the situation in Russia, including most latest information on human rights violations. We are proud of our client and now proceed with the federal application for residency status in Canada and facilitating the migration of her family from Russia to Canada.
