We had such an amazing with Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation with the Board of Directors and Executive Staff. Our day was filled with our history and stories of the land. Elder Ruby Eagle Child was on Que with traditional teachings and I must say the traditional feast was amazing. Today’s hike kept us on our toes with tonnes of Buffalo Berries and bear scat all along the pathway, it felt like the bears were in close proximity. I made a point to speak louder than usual and still the warcry came in hand today 🗣️ Today was learning about each other and sharing stories amongst ourselves.
