When your favorite fish monger gets fresh red tuna, you can’t pass on it!
Today I prepared it according to an ancient calabrese recipe with Tropea onions and bite size tuna cubes. The simplicity is outstanding and the quality of the result is unparalleled. One of my new favorite pasta dishes!
