Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the devastating wildfires that continue to rage across the island.💔
My family and I have spent a lot of time in Lahaina and the island of Maui over the last 20 years and are truly heartbroken by this news. We are booked to go back in October, and are devastated our favourite place to visit is no longer there. 😭

After taking some time away to open my F45 studio and allowing Covid to works it’s sh*t out I am excited to announce I am finally BACK!

I absolutely love everything health and wellness and travel, so much so I got married at the beautiful Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa and opened my own F45.
