The excitement is building and so should your training! Whether you're signed up for the 5km, 15km, or the challenging 30km, now is the time to start focusing on your race day strategy.

Packet Pickup

Race packets will be available on race morning at the starting line. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time to collect your bib and race swag.

15km Start: 9:30 AM
5km Start: 10:00 AM

Course Information

All routes start and end at South Glenmore Park, taking you around the picturesque reservoir. Aid stations will be plentiful and stocked with hydration and energy boosters to help you power through to the finish line.

Can’t make it on race day? You still have time to register for the Virtual Race and complete your distance anytime between now and May 31st. Enjoy the flexibility of running your race, your way, and still get all the fantastic race swag.

42 years ago today Terry Fox started his Miracle of Hope Run across Canada. During his training preparation Terry found that after about 20 minutes of each run, he crossed a pain threshold and the run became easier.
Here's to everyone discovering their limits and building a better tomorrow!
