Riser Capital has finished with the full renovation on the second apartment in the 5 untit building in the downtown St. John's area. There was a focus on the attention to detail to update the space while also maintaining its character and charm. The property has been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, flooring, etc. and features large windows, off street parking, large back yard area and view of Signal Hill.

If anyone has a strong reference for a possible tenant please send us a message. The property manager will be in contact and conducting interviews next week.

The kitchen started to go in today and it will be ready to rent in the next couple of weeks. If anyone has a strong reference for a possible tenant please send us a message. The property manager will be in contact and conducting interviews next week.

From the time you enter this fabulous property you feel a sense of warmth and home. This amazing home has everything you expect and also feels cozy and like an oasis in the middle of the city.
